All prescription medications are issued only following an appropriate clinical assessment. Our prescribers follow current NICE guidelines and professional standards.

You are responsible for ensuring all health information provided during consultations is accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended and may pose a serious risk to your health.
Our pharmacist will review your consultation and, where appropriate, approve and dispense your medication. You will be notified of the outcome of your assessment.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are subject to change. We will always confirm the total cost before you complete your purchase.
If your prescription is not approved following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party postal services, incorrect address information provided by the patient, or events outside our reasonable control.
Medications must be received and stored in accordance with the instructions provided with your order. We cannot accept returns of prescription medications for safety and regulatory reasons.
You may cancel your order at any time before your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, except where the medication is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate promptly and resolve the matter in accordance with your statutory rights.
